• Bún Bò Huế ( beef and pork noodle ) – A flavorful and spicy beef noodle soup from Hue, known for its aromatic broth and tender meat.

• Bánh Khoái ( crispy pancake)  – Nem Lụi ( grilled minced pork skewers): A crispy Vietnamese pancake filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, served with a rich peanut dipping sauce. And grilled minced pork skewers, a Hue specialty, enjoyed with fresh herbs and rice paper.

• Bánh Ướt Thịt Heo Quay – Steamed rice rolls served with crispy roasted pork and a savory dipping sauce.
